1. 负责公司电源管理IC的销售，能独立开拓市场，挖掘重点客户。
2. 开发客户资源，并挖掘客户的潜在需求及项目情况，完成销售目标。
3. 对客户进行跟进，维护和管理客户关系，处理好客户问题和要求。
4. 收集并了解竞争对手信息，对市场动态信息及时分析，并给出意见。
5. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
两年以上销售工作经验，有电源管理芯片产品销售经验优先。
具备良好的沟通谈判能力，英文良好优先。
具有优秀的客户突破能力，丰富的Design in和Design win能力。
抗压能力强，适应经常出差。
Job Description：
1．Business development and customer development for power management IC, develop market and key customers independently.
2. Develop customers, explore customer's potential needs and follow up their project status, achieve sales target.
3. Follow up with customers, maintain and manage customer relationship, deal with customer problems and requirements.
4. Collect competitors' information, timely analyze market dynamic information, and give opinions.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Position Requirements:
1. More than 2 years sales experience, power management IC product sales experience is preferred.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills, good English is preferred.
3. With excellent customer breakthrough ability, rich Design in and Design win ability.
4. Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent travel.
