R&D Principle Engineer – Embedded Software

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in Software Design for embedded systems
• Provide advanced technical judgement, covering multiple disciplines that influences team activities and results
• Solve complex technical problems by creating own hypotheses and validating them
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering mission-critical software systems for process automation or similar fields
Key Requirement:
• Major in computer science, electronics engineering or related, master/doctor degree is a plus
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Experience with external standards and regulations, e.g. IEC 62443 and their application in internal processes
• Familiar with all phases of product lifecycle, from inception to support
• Able to speak and write confidently in English for international audiences, using clear, structured and precise arguments, able to adjust abstraction level to intended audience
• Very good communication skill
• Must be a team player
