Key Responsibilities
A) Product Development
• Assist product team to develop new product, coordinate with supplier for technical communication;
• Review the new products/samples of LCD/LED display, carry out the performance tests, and provide relevant reports;
• Provide advice for products to comply with all required electrical standards such as CE, ROHS, ISO, GB, EN
B) Quality
• Conduct the inspection on supplier site;
• Resolves FAT inspection issues
• Identifies and resolves root cause from Quality control complaint system
• Technical support for UAT quality issues
Skills & Behaviours
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• High motivation and eagerness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrating initiative and acting result oriented
• Good understanding of Technical (end to end)
• Engineering capabilities on the following: LCD/LED display knowledge and component testing
• Proactive problem solving and systematic approach•
