Job Responsibility：
1. Define strategy and criteria for advanced SPICE Modeling
2. Manage advanced modeling project and status trace
3. Evaluate and support implementation of new characterization and modeling methods.
4. Design SPICE test key for advanced device modeling
5. Document characterization and modeling work 6. Interface with PDK, Design and external customers to resolve characterization/modeling issues and improve characterization/modeling procedures.
Requirements：
1. Master's degree and above in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics / Material
2. At least 8 years SPICE modeling
3. Above 5 years SPICE modeling experience in FinFET area is preferred.
